a site starts
before design

I study the business, the audience and competitors, define what the site has to do, and only then turn it into structure, interface and a visual system.

{{ s }}

almost everyone comes in saying “i need a website”

That is a format, not a goal. There is almost always something specific behind it, and that something shapes the whole structure of the site.

{{ n }}
Written in the client’s words, not a designer’s. People find their own situation here and read on as if it is about them.

The closed preview works as a hook: the visitor takes a first small action before ever sending a request.

ai helps, but the decisions are mine

I use neural networks where they speed up routine work: processing large amounts of niche data, draft wording, generating and editing visual content, testing structure hypotheses. Strategy, structure and design are my call. AI is a tool here, not the author.

Specific tools and their limits are named: it removes the fear that “a robot did it all”.

what you are buying

one-page website

$990

One dense, scripted page: when the offer can be explained in a single pass and lead straight to a request.

multi-page website

from $1,190

When there are many services, the audience splits into segments and you need traffic from search and ads at the same time.

Budget should not decide when your business gets to look its level. You take out an installment plan, I start right away, and you pay the cost in parts.

about that 10%, honestly

The installment service charges the contractor a 20% fee. I could pass all of it on to the client, but I split it: 10% is added to the price and I cover the rest. No other extra costs.

The markup is stated as a number with its reason. That removes the main objection to installments before any conversation.
